Line a baking tray with baking parchment. Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.

Cut the tips off of the top of the Chiquita bananas to create a flat top, and slice the rounded edge off of the back of them so that they lay flat on the baking tray, without rolling to one side.

Dip the Chiquita bananas into the chocolate so that they are covered. Push two pretzels into the flat top of each Chiquita banana, to resemble antlers, then pipe small black dots of the gel onto the mini marshmallows to resemble eyes. Place two marshmallow eyes on each chocolate covered Chiquita banana, along with a red chocolate sweet to resemble Ruldoph’s red nose. Repeat until all are finished.

TIP: Make a day or so before any gathering and keep in the freezer until your guests arrive.
